This list includes a super rare card, which is really lame. I will keep this list for now, but in the future, as I learn more about Yugioh, I plan to replace Number 106: Giant Hand with a cheaper card-unless it gets reprinted. (The orange number is the minimum number needed to build any one deck in this sample.)
